How you get your test result

Choose and book your time slot online (depending on the availability). You can pay via credit card, paypal or direct debit. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email including a QR Code and your receipt.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We can either scan your booking receipt or the QR code. The reception will then connect your data with our testing system. You’re good to go! You can pass through without any additional waiting time.

Get tested by our medical experienced and trained staff
The swab for the citizen-, rapid antigen test and PCR test is carried out in our opaque booths. For the citizen- and antigen rapid test the swab can be taken either from the deeper or shallow nasal or the throat cavity and for the PCR test from the throat. Done by our medically trained staff this only takes a few seconds.

For the citizen- and rapid antigen test our staff analyses the sample immediately after the swab under strict medical supervision. Consequently, you will receive the test results within 20 minutes.
For the PCR test the sample is evaluated in the laboratory. The result is available within 90 minutes*.
